Sue is an experienced business manager, having worked in a variety of business transformation and HR roles within manufacturing. She was Training and Development Director for a major ceramic company before moving to the role of Chief Executive of a highly visible industry organisation. Currently she is the Project Director of several business support projects for companies and she designs and delivers cultural change programmes for leaders and managers.
Pam joined CIF in 2004 in the finance role, maintaining all aspects of the accounting function. Before joining, Pam gained her experience in industry, working at both manufacturing and commercial sites since 1971, with companies ranging from SMEs through to Blue Chip corporations.
Bernie has been Project Manager on a variety of projects covering issues such as housing renewal, community development, environmental improvement and business support within the private and public sectors. At the CIF she is responsible for designing and developing the CIF's publicly funded business support programmes particularly in the areas of design and marketing.
Colin is an experienced consultant who specialises in lean and cost down business improvement. His pre-consultancy experience was gained at Rolls Royce Aero Engines and Michelin Tyres before his move to CIF in 2001. Since becoming a consultant he has successfully driven business improvement through many corporate clients across a range of manufacturing and service sectors.
Paula joined CIF in 2001, as an experienced manufacturing professional having experience ranging from Research and Development to Technical Sales. She works in Lean and Continuous Improvement throughout industry, working with clients from Board level to shop floor, delivering benefits to business in many areas. She has also been instrumental in designing and developing training material for the Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) NVQ, which has been successfully delivered in many of our client companies.
Tony is an experienced professional with a solid engineering background and 10 years service in one of the world's leading Japanese first tier Automotive suppliers.
His expertise covers Lean Thinking, Design, Process Engineering, Layout & Project Management. These skills help minimise costs and provide a good foundation for a wide variety of industries and projects.
Graham gained over 20 years experience as a manufacturing professional with exposure to Lean and Continuous Improvement Principles in high volume manufacturing environments. He is an engineer by background with operational experience in design and production management. Since joining CIF in 2007, Graham has delivered improvement activities across a wide range of sectors including metal processing, printing, and ceramics with the projects involving teams from boardroom to shopfloor, addressing issues in production and administration.
Sandeep is the newest member of the team having joined CIF in December 2009. His Marketing background developed when he gained an Msc in Global Marketing Strategy at Staffordshire University and then setup his own e-commerce business where he gained extensive online/offline marketing experience. His role in CIF is predominantly based within the New Pathways Project helping companies across the West Midlands.
